Jonny Morales is the founder and owner of Docu-Prep. Jonny has a B.A. in

International Studies and a Law Degree. She considers herself a writer and a

businesswoman. She started as a nonprofit grant writer in the area of domestic

violence and violence against women. She has been a legal writer for over 20 years

and has worked with more than two dozen attorneys on large litigation cases involving real estate, family law, civil, construction and trust and probate cases. She has written and prepared numerous motions, pleadings, appellate briefs, trial briefs, settlement agreements while working with attorneys. She opened Docu Prep in 2019 with the idea to support individuals and attorneys to provide a more efficient and cost-effective approach to case management.

Kaelen Green has been paralegal since 2018 with a special emphasis in probate and

trust work. Kaelen assures all documents are prepared accurately and correctly. She

oversees all electronic filings and works with the attorneys to assure all documents are timely prepared and filed. Kaelen provides the oversight for all documents received and produced in discovery.

John Green manages the business and document side of the business. He oversees

business development, current client and account management and oversees all

documents for all of our litigation and non litigation matters. John is the supervisor of all technology for docu-prep, including the website, electronic document management, social meda.

Docu-prep has one goal – to make the management of documents in litigation or other legal issues and business a little easier for the clients.
