DocuPrep is about years of seeing what doesn’t work and creating a new and simpler way for people to navigate some complicated legal issues.

Docu-Prep is about providing support for the legal community and other professionals, such as Title Companies and Corporations, by providing support services and document management support to the clients of those professionals. When Covid hit many Attorneys and other professionals began working from their homes and or downsized their offices. Docu-Prep provides all of the support of an office without the office. We also believe that educating individuals about the need to manage and organize their documents assists with their relationship with their attorney and other professionals. We help both the professional and the client with managing their data in a way that effectively saves everyone time and money!

For those times when people do need an attorney DocuPrep can provide the information and resources needed to work better and more efficiently with your attorney. We will provide support services such as document management, digitization, meeting space, litigation support to make it easier for you and the attorney.

Having worked with many attorneys and several hundred clients over the years, often it is about information. People don’t know how to file that Proof of Service, they don’t know how to discuss attorney fees with their attorney, they don’t know how to file the necessary documents with the Secretary of State. Seemingly simple things can cause businesses and people serious issues. Repeat trips to a courthouse cost people jobs. Failure to file necessary payroll documents and to complete proper new hire documents can cost businesses labor complaints. DocuPrep will offer digitization of documents and files that can be quickly and easily forwarded to accountants and lawyers you don’t need to pay for the attorneys to organize your file.

Having been in business for many years, supporting the legal and corporate community in the area of business development; DocuPrep arose from a need a need to bridge the gap and to provide consumers an alternative method to maintain business compliance, to work with their attorney or to manage their business and legal needs on their own, if they determine.

We are not a substitution for those times that you need an attorney. Just the opposite there are times you need an attorney and there is no substitution and we will help you work more efficiently with your attorney.

Our founders have cumulatively been in business over 50 years. Managing million-dollar corporations to consulting with attorneys and law firms, accounting firms of all sizes. We learned what doesn’t work and now we bring you DocuPrep a concept that we believe will work for everyone.
